I only took two bites into this Mex burrito (pork). I requested to change white rice into brown rice (extra charge). The brown rice was soggy and tasteless (lost appetite), and hardly see any pork in it. I always ordered the same thing and the burrito was certainly off the standard today but the lady (who in charge) keep telling me that they have always followed the standard. Well, there is nothing to argue there and the lady agreed to give me a refund. I am not here to be mean to give a bad review but getting a low quality food and service on my gloomy day is just making my day even worst. So dissapointed. Burrito was delicious, good coffee, fast service and food came out fast. But it seems noone cleans the tables. The staff were not overly busy and during our time in the shop not once was anything cleared off the tables. Every single table dirty, and customers coming had to move dirty cups and plates onto other tables. Seemed that staff just were not prioritising the front at all. Ordered take away bowls today. 3 people behind the counter, 1 making a coffee, the other took my order and proceeded to make it, 1 leaning on a counter. While waiting I watched 2 people people come in, stand for a couple of minutes and get ignored by the young man behind the counter. They walked out. I would suggest that young man needs a lesson I'm customer service. This was at approximately 11.30 today. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Specifically ordered and paid extra for an add-in for my smoothie. When smoothie was served I asked server for confirmation it was included and was told yes. Smoothie did not contain add-in. Store was not busy and server did not appear under undue pressure, just lacking in attention to detail and, apparently, honesty. I had a disappointing experience that has happened multiple times now. They often forget to fulfill our order. My wife ordered two coffees, and after waiting for 10 minutes, they still hadn't been made. The workers took our money but didn't follow through. I think I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I visited Eastlands Rosny Park for lunch today and ordered a burrito. As I was eating, I encountered a hard and sharp object in my mouth. Upon inspection, I discovered it was a large piece of hard plastic. I won't be returning. Food: 1/5, Service: 1/5, Atmosphere: 1/5.
