L'O des Sources - Reserva de mesa

this is a beautifully located resto with a Michelin star 2018. views from the terrace are great. we came around 13.40 hours, just 20 minutes before closing the kitchen (after F.e yelp.) the friendly Belgian waitress said that she would ask the cook if the kitchen was still open. the patron was very clear: no. so we had a drink on the terrace. in the inner of the sold wee. nice! later we saw that one of the delivery guys was served at the bar a meal. I am convinced that after what I saw here, the atmosphere and the reviews on ta, this is a great place to enjoy eating. but because of the fact that the hospitality was so cold denied, I hold to a neutral ‘3 stars’.

...but no worries - it looks very elegant but it's family friendly - there was one family there with four chilldren. They were as welcome as we were. Staff was attentive in the best way - they gave us plenty of time with each course. Speaking of which. we ordered from the 27 Euro menu. My wife started with Tomato Gespacho/Red Pepper Sorbet; I got the Vegetable Confit Salad with Faisselle Ice cream. For the main course, she had the Halibut Filet; I had the Pluma Pata Negra (pork with sweet and sour sauce/honey and lemon). Both were excellent! It seems like French portions have grown - although it was delicious, I couldn't eat all of my dessert!

What more could you want,sitting on the terrace with a perfect view of Mont Ventoux?Jean Michel is the perfect host and now that Ludovic has joined him as the chef this restaurant has improved yet again. There are different menus to choose from and you can mix and match as you like.The restaurant has gained the Bottin Gourmand accolade this year and it shows.Also new to the establishment is an extensive wine cellar that Jean Michel has built up.This is a lovely place to have meal whether it be for lunch or dinner and we will always visit when we are in this area.

This restaurant tucked away near the spa has got better and better since being run by Jean Michel.The setting is lovely, looking out from the terrace to Mont Ventoux and the village of Montbrun les Bains. The menu is varied and the food freshly cooked and of an excellent quality. The service is good.The price of the Gourmande menu is very reasonable with a good choice to suit everyone. The location of this restaurant is perfect; away from the street, next to the Spa and swimming pool, on the first floor so you have a perfect view of the Mont Ventoux . We took one of the various menus and all was fresh, very well cooked and overall just great . The wine choice is extensive and staff is open for all suggestions . A great place in a great location in a beautiful village just off the main road .

there are many great places to eat in the Provence, but this place is super special. they give both ala carte and prix fix options and everything I ate and drank was spectacular. you will not regret it. the service was great. they were very nice to us, although we hardly spoke French. and recommend to sit outside to catch the beautiful view of the mountains and montbruns of the bains.

the wine list is really good and very fair. the same for eating: great quality to reasonable praises. and intention, ambiente and people are simply excellent.
