I'd never been out to dinner on Christmas day, so my husband, father, and I were looking forward to this outing. Our reservation was early, at 5 pm, and we were among the few tables being served at the time. Regardless, our service was slow. The wait staff seemed frazzled. My meal was below standard. I ordered from the special Christmas meal menu. The lobster bisque was lukewarm and watery, with only two small pieces of lobster in the bowl. And it tasted just like mushroom soup, not lobster. I am 59 years old, and I've had enough soup in my day to know the difference. I could not eat it. I sent it back, and they gave me another option. The French Onion soup. The food was good but the service was less so. Had reservation for 9pm. Received 3 phone calls from restaurant beginning at 8:06pm asking where we were. We were close so we were able to arrive early (8:20ish). The restaurant was completely empty so I am guessing they wanted to close early. Whatever the reason for the calls, the food was good. Service was rushed. Had the menus about 4 minutes before they asked if we were ready to order. One person received their salmon 18 minutes after the rest of us had gotten our food. Our group went for lunch, and the dining room was quite empty, making for a peaceful atmosphere. The view of the harbor and the ferris wheel was stunning. I also appreciated the festive Christmas decorations inside the restaurant. Plus, a glass wall by the bar provided a full view of the kitchen. The food was not only delicious but also very satisfying. We shared several appetizers, and for our main courses, we had a salad, a burger, and soup—all of which were very tasty. I would definitely come back again.
The food was okay, but honestly on par with IHOP or Denny's quality. The home fries were mostly unseasoned, so if you're looking for crispy potatoes without any salt, this is the spot for you. The over-easy eggs were a bit overcooked, but that’s not a major issue. The service was quite lacking, as the waitress seemed almost nonexistent. On the positive side, the prices were reasonable. I probably won’t return for the food, but the view is absolutely stunning.

We called in advance to check if the restaurant was pet-friendly, and they assured us it was. However, when we arrived, the manager ended up asking our friend, who brought their pet, to leave. While the table service was excellent, the incident with our friend really put a damper on our experience.
Good service and food. The place was very clean and quiet ambiance as well. It's a bit pricey, but if you can afford it, then you can't go wrong here. As far as the quality of the food is concerned, I would say it is probably one of the best places in National Harbor.
nice small tables, nice view of the ferris wheel, on this occasion there were no kids or loud parties which was nice. The NY strip was a bit tough and the bread pudding was super mushy. Everything else was good.
Had very nice breakfast at Sauciety on Christmas morning again this year. Beautiful dining space with water views. Breakfast is usually fairly quiet even when all tables are full. Waitstaff could not be nicer.

Reserved for my daughter 's birthday dinner. Food was a B, ambiance a typical hotel lobby feel, service fine, food came out in reasonable time. Overall ok, but would not reserve for a special occasion again.
Our server, Pradip was incredible. He took care of my girlfriends and me like we were royalty. The food was delicious. Real fresh crab. The views are beautiful. Just a lovely dining experience.
