"We recently dined at a pizza place in the St. Pete area, and it was a delightful experience. We started by sharing a fried cheese stone, followed by a burger and a Cuban sandwich, which were both excellent choices for a pizza restaurant. For dessert, we ordered tiramisu, and it did not disappoint. The food was so good that I didn't even miss ordering pizza! Our meal was delivered much quicker than the estimated time, which was a pleasant surprise. The delivery person was also very friendly. I highly recommend this spot!"
I was eager to try this restaurant for takeout, but I ended up feeling disappointed. I ordered the "baked ziti," but what I received was simply ziti with red sauce and two slices of mozzarella on top, served in a container. This isn't what I consider traditional baked ziti; it should include ricotta and some seasoning at the very least. Adding some Parmesan and shredded mozzarella would enhance it even more. To top it off, the dish was watery inside.
This is the most expensive cheese pizza I've encountered in Florida, costing $4.44. The pizza was underwhelming and one of the worst I’ve ever had. When I mentioned the outrageous price, either the owner or manager called me a blackmailer. I will not be returning, and I suggest they take a closer look at their pricing unless they want to continue receiving complaints about overpriced, microwaved pizza. Those who can hear should take note.
Was excited to try this place for takeout but am disappointed. Ordered a “baked ziti,” which consists of plain ziti topped with red sauce in a container with 2 slices of mozzarella on top. This is not baked ziti…it needs ricotta and seasoning mixedin at a minimum (some Parmesan and shredded mozzarella would also be nice), and more than a square of cheese stuck on top likean after thought. To make matters worse, the inside is watery.

I absolutely love this place! They would get 10 stars if I could. The staff is so friendly, the menu is extraordinary and the prices are unbelievable! I literally order from there for my family at least 2 to 3 times a week. They have the best pizza and cannolis in this area. We have also ordered sides, subs, snd salads, etc. We have not been disappointed yet. I strongly recommend their white pizza!
We made a great choice for lunch this Sunday afternoon. We ordered a New York-style pepperoni pizza with a 12-inch gluten-free crust topped with pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeños, as well as a calzone stuffed with pepperoni and pineapple. Everything was delicious! I'm so happy to have such a fantastic local pizza place near our home. It definitely satisfied my pizza craving today.
I would definitely give this restaurant a 5 if there was a way to put in an order online when paying with cash. But you can only put your order in online if paying with card. The food is great, service is friendly and price is decent. If your paying with cash you have to place your order by phone. Other then that I love this pizza place and that's coming from a former New Yorker.
I ordered a pizza and a sub from this restaurant, and I was quite disappointed with the sub. Given the prices they charge, I expected more than just one slice of each type of meat on the Italian sub. In fact, the slice of cheese was thicker than all the meats combined. I realize that we are facing inflation, but I hope Local Pizza can improve in the future.

Love this place! It has become my new lunch go to spot. It is a family owned business with great service and the restaurant is always spotless. The meat lasagna and baked ziti are delicious and nice portions. The pizza looks really good too I try that next time.
This is the best pizza around! Actually all of their food is great! Always gets to me hot and delicious. I would highly recommend ordering from here. This is MY “Go To” place for pizza!
