We usually visit this restaurant for breakfast, and it's typically a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, our last visit was quite different. To start, we were confused about who our server was, as three different people approached us asking for our drink orders. Then, we waited nearly an hour for our food, only to receive the wrong order. When the food finally arrived, there were eggshells in my partner's eggs, and they hadn't even asked how we wanted our eggs cooked. They did ask how we preferred our toast, and despite requesting whole grain, we received white bread instead. It's disappointing to say, but this experience did not meet our expectations.

Initially, we were confused as there were three different servers coming to ask about our drink orders. After ordering, we waited nearly an hour for our food, only to receive the wrong order. When our meals finally arrived, there were eggshells in my partner's eggs (they didn't ask how we wanted our eggs cooked). However, they did inquire about our toast preference, which we requested to be brown, but we received white instead. It's unfortunate to say that this was not a good experience.

Well… it feels like a joke, this is why I need to share this here. I’ve ordered a combo, paid 51 dollars with delivery included and received just eggs. I have sent a note saying to send the eggs separated from the combo because my daughter has allergies and they just sent the eggs. I have eggs in home dude, where is the combo? I just paid 45 dollars in scramble eggs, how am I suppose to feel about that?

The food here was very disappointing. I ordered waffles, but what I received was a poorly defrosted mess. The service was slow, although I did appreciate the nice decorations on the walls. I would recommend avoiding this place and going to the Tim Hortons next door instead. Reserva una mesa ahora

Service was mediocre at best. Very out of the ordinary for this chain. Our 1st time at the valleyfield resto.Food was great as usual.Server was extremely unattentive.

One of our favorite places to eat. Service is always A1 and love how they mostly all speak both languages. A little expensive but these days what isn't. Great place!

Loved our breakfast. Lots of selection. We had oatmeal with fruit (dairy free) and Portuguese eggs Benedict . Portions were large and food delicious.
