Logan's Roadhouse - Reservar una mesa

We went here for dinner last night and it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Our server was new, which we totally understand, but once she disappeared for 20-25 minutes, we were just about to walk out. We had ordered drinks that sat at the bar the entire time and once they finally got brought to us, they were warm and watered down with ice melting. All of our food came out at once, appetizers, salads and entrées. We had to flag down a few servers just to take our order, bring us silverware etc. My husband ordered a steak medium rare and it was brought to us well done…. Isn't Logan’s a steakhouse? Ordered a medium well steak using Uber Eats. My steak was entirely RAW and I have pictures attached just for this review. I understand a recession is underway, however, there was continually no quality control. Thanks for the lovely family dinner Logan’s and staff.
