Perhaps the hotel is correct (it displays 3 stars) but the restaurant is to be avoided. First of all, when you're not a hotel client, you're pretty badly received. the staff lacks professionalism (in the middle of August, next to Semur-en-Auxois, it's embarrassing)!. Then, for the kitchen, at the choice: either you're hungry when you leave the table, and yet you pay an addition that seems salty to you in view of the amount of food served, or you leave half the dish in your plate as much as it is, is not identifiable. the map is poor and for passengers it is not even the same as for hotel guests. I complained, mainly by tourists: what vision of French cuisine should they have! Maybe we should...

Estuvimos alojados 2 noches en nuestro viaje a Alesia, Semur, Auxerre y Dijon.Es un buen hotel, las instalaciones son fantásticas para lo que hay en la zona y se encuentra entre la autopista del Sol A6 y el encantador pueblo medieval de Semur-en-Auxois. El yacimiento de Alesia y su centro de interpretación se encuentran a 10 minutos en coche de distancia.Posee un buen párking exterior y las habitaciones son confortables y muy espaciosas.Sólo una pega: los 75€ por noche sin desayuno incluido y en temporada baja son excesivos para el lugar.

Even if the hotel seems correct, the restaurant must be avoided. too expensive for what he offers. unidentifiable foods ( dessert), a coarse service, a rather glacial welcome when you are not a hotel customer. n really has nothing to seduce the client. seems to be a reserve place for tourists passing through the place but is this a reason to take tourists for pigeons and make them believe that what is served is Burgundian cuisine while it is a rata infamous.

to visit the auois (gold side) Semur,Alésia,Les forges de buffon, Époisses,Abbaye de Fontenay,Flavigny sur Ozerain...Hotel very well located on the heights of semur en auxois, swimming pool, impeccable room, quiet side 'campagne' restoration correct although some dishes are uneven in quality. very nice staff. a negative point: the gym: obsolete appliances, broken bike, tape of the rowing machine..sauna closed. good selection of menus at different price points. cauliflower and goat cheese soup was delicious as the fish on a bed of smolina with dried grapes. from another menu were also the kokoteier and boeuf bourguinon excellent. desserts were beautiful, especially the Panacotta....A local bourgogne aligote was very refreshing. Super staff, all the tables alone managed, smiling through well done!

We had an amazing stay there, the staff was extremely nice, the room is super clean and the bed is SO comfortable! They also have a swimming pool. I didn’t try the breakfast and I regret it as my friend told me it was absolutely...delicious.

we ate here twice during our stay. we had the set menu both nights and loved the boeuf bourgignon and the vacherin. there is a very good wine list.

excellent service in the hotel restaurant with a fairly limited but excellent choice. the whole food was very good.
