I was alone for 2 nights and 2 dinners in this logis de france hotel/restaurant (3 cheminees, 3 marmites). it was just excellent. the hotel room was simple, spacious, airy, with a modern bathroom and excellent bed linen and inside. it is the restaurant they want...for coming: very high quality, very traditional French cuisine, served by efficient, competent and friendly staff who can stay professional, while an informal chat about the extensive and very affordable weinlist. There is no admittance to food trends or mode! only a downpoint: the breakfast buffet is set up with the highest quality products, but lacks something in diversity. if you like traditional French cuisine, book now!
I book this to go with my family. I do like the place , decor is nice and you are outside the main city of Lyon. Service was very very slow... fortunately staffs were nice. Food was a mixture, some dishes were nice, some not....My filet of beef blue arrived medium. Again I din't send back as the meat was tender but for a restaurant like this, it should be cooked perfectly. Don't think I will rush back.
Driving to the Alps we avoided the normal identikit hotels and found this. Greeted by Ant “SAS Who Dares Wins “TV look alike, the room was quirky but clean with a higly pigley floor overlooking the main square. Shower hit and pressured. We ate downstairs...and the food was excellent-high end dunning for €25 per person for 2 courses. Extensive wine list ranging €30-€200.
Reminescent of old country inns and restaurants, the food is good, honest, reasonable. The service may (or may not) drag a bit, but go with the flow and enjoy the place whether under the plane tree(s) on the terrace/courtyard or the warm atmosphere inside....A good reliable family place to stay, too, in a nice village just off the autoroute.

a new address for us and one we will certainly see again. excellent selection of menus at a really good price and an amazing wine list. for menu tante yvonne current E47.00 the foie gras starter with various red berry fruits was absolutely delicious. We believe that we have lived here for 18 years and have not been here before.
we came there by chance and we were fortunately surprised: beautiful terrace, nice service and good food. Entrées: terrine de foie gras and ris de veau. plats: filet de bœuf et foie gras and pluma ibérique. délicieux!!! the meat was perfectly cooked and. it was tender and juicy. we really enjoyed our visit!
the hotel is centrally located in the village with safe parking, which are approached by an arcade. we spent a night in tante yvonne and enjoyed a very good dinner d’hors. the staff was friendly, attentive and efficient. our room was small but quiet, the bed comfortable. and the shower room excellent. .
