Every time it resumes, warm welcome, presentation of smiling and detailed services, volubile sommelier and the main: magnificent dishes, delicious and often surprising by the tastes revealed but always very built, small gardens to visit with the eyes before discovering them with taste buds. Langoustines, redt, perfectly cooked pigeon, with enchanting fragrances and unforgettable tastes without forgetting the original dessert mixing strawberries and tomatoes with a lot of research.

Big time in Blue Bird! We were tempted by the menu Le Plaisir des sens (Menu in 4 services developed according to the seasons and inspiration of the chef) with wine agreement. Beautiful discoveries in terms of flavors and textures, with a sommelier who made very beautiful proposals while respecting dishes and tastes. The terrace on the inner courtyard is very pleasant and offers an intimate side.

Blue bird is great. everything starts with a warm and personalized welcome and then come the dishes you ordered but also the surprises. a mouth watering to accompany the aperitif, an appetitetake before the entrance, candy after dessert. as successful as the other. Moreover, the agreements between the ingredients of the dishes are very inventive. I really recommend.

We had the 6 course menu with wine pairing and every single course was an absolute delight. Some really innovative flavour combinations, and just cooked to perfection without fail. Every detail had been considered. The wine pairings were phenomenal and included so much variety. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, we just had a wonderful evening. Thank you!
