Beautifully redecorated restaurant in the old Einfeld Bahnhof (Train Station . The menu leans toward haute cuisine, and is therefore on the more pricey side. The food is of definite chef quality. The carrot ginger soup was out of this world delicious seasoned with just a touch of curry, which...really danced well with the subtle ginger flavour. I could have had several bowls of this soup for my meal, and been perfectly happy. I had never tried sauerfleisch before. When I mentioned this to our waiter (who turned out to be none other than Chef Oliver Auch, himself! he brought me a rather generous sample to try. I liked it, but it wasn 't quite what I was in the mood for, for dinner. I ordered...
the personal spoke English, which is not to be expected all places. the food was excellent. it was beautiful, the eyey and very tasteful. the decoration was simple and beautiful. the menu offers a lot of food. from the local kusine to sushi. we. had some of the local, it was absolutely beautiful! both in taste and in presentation. for dessert we had the dessert variation for 2 very good and absolutely enough for two after a good main course. We have paid about 70 euro, which is very cheap in comparison with the Danish standards. all in all a very good experience, we would definitely come back.
Went with colleagues and it was Indian week I assume, since they had various dishes on the Special menue with references to Indian Food. Mix match was possible, so I could combine a fish roulade with lentil rice. Very tasty. My colleagues had meaty...dishes which looked excellent as well.
