Lone Star Eatery Grill

Decided to go-to Commerce to see what all restaurants were out this way, and seen the very first one off the highway being Lone Star Eatery. The parking lot was packed and people were parking in the grass. Went in as a group and we all ordered a frozenmargarita being they have a large selection of frozen margarita that you don't typically see. The original and strawberry andmango. The ones I've never seen anywhere before was Blue raspberry and Raspberry, peach margarita. The blue raspberry and mangowas awesome! Started off with the Texas cheese fries and they were a nice not too crunchy double fried fries with cheese andbacon with a side of ranch. They brought out a free plate of honey rolls...

What an amazing experience! Lone Star Eatery closed at 3 o'clock today, but we were mistakenly told they closed at 5 o'clock. However, the owner kindly answered the phone at 3:45 when we called to place an order for 4 dinners and reopened the grill just for us! Wow, thank you Ken! I will definitely be recommending this experience to everyone. The food was delicious as well. I want to mention that it was just a simple mistake that they had closed for the 4th of July, but they were still there and willing to help us out. Thank you again!

This restaurant is a great place to enjoy delicious food. The employees from LSE answer the phone and take orders. The food was excellent, freshly prepared, and seasoned to perfection. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We placed a curb-side order and had to go inside to pick it up due to the busy volume of orders. Our order was mostly correct, although one item was missing a meat patty. Overall, it was a good experience. Just be sure to double-check your order before leaving. This is a great place to grab a bite to eat.

The restaurant is trying to do too much. It doesn't fit into one category - it's not a steakhouse, nor is it an Italian restaurant. The name says it all, it's just an eatery. The food was decent, but the service was slow. It seems like the kitchen is overwhelmed trying to handle their extensive menu. They should focus on specializing in one type of cuisine - whether it's a catfish house, a steakhouse, or something else.

Food was on point the people that work there are amazing especially the owner Ken the manager Josh the shift lead Michael n the fry cook Christian. It's a family restaurant and reasonable prices.. I would heaving recommended to go if you want good service good home cook food this is the place to go.. I personally give it a 10 ???

We went to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday. The fish was excellent - it was served piping hot and delicious. The pizza was also very tasty. However, the meatloaf was not very good and should probably be removed from the menu. The service was okay, but our waiter seemed a bit overwhelmed at times.

Excellent service for an unexpected large party of about 50. Very well handled and organized. Not a thing I can think of that could have been better. Thank you directly to Madison one of our servers tonight. And thank you too the rest of the servers that helped with our party. Thank you!

The staff at this restaurant was courteous and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers a wide variety of options. We tried the smoked ribs and chicken and waffles, both of which were delicious. The prices were reasonable. We would definitely return to this restaurant.
