Cenamos tarde en un jueves por la noche y optamos por el menú del banquete pensando que nos salvaría la proeza agonizante de tener que elegir en el menú. Los precios son muy empinados para que ciertamente puede obtener mejor calidad / porciones en otros lugares. Lo que enandía la noche de nosotros era el Larp de Pollo de Chiang Mai, que era extremadamente picante. Cada uno de nosotros tenía nuestro primer bocado y no podíamos soportar ir por unos segundos. Para ser justos, nos advirtieron que vendría un plato picante, pero si hubiéramos sabido que era ese nivel de especie que no habríamos optado por el banquete en primer lugar. ¿No le importaría volver a probar otros platos ... si no fueran...
¡El peor servicio que he tenido en Perth! Reservamos una sesión temprana a las 6.30 pm y nos dijeron que necesitábamos salir a las 8.30, no hay problema. We dined in late on a Thursday evening and opted for the banquet menu thinking that it would save us the agonising feat of having to pick from the menu. Prices are very steep for you can certainly get better quality/portions elsewhere. What ruined the night for us was the chiang mai larp of chicken dish which was extremely spicy. We each had our first bite and could not bear to go for seconds. To be fair we were warned that a spicy dish was coming but had we known it was that level of spiciness we wouldn't have opted for the banquet at the first place. Wouldn't mind coming back to try other dishes... if they weren't so expensive (for what is supposedly Thai street food).
Worst service I've ever had in Perth! Booked an early sitting at 6.30pm and were told we needed to be out by 8.30 - no problem. However, after we were seated we weren't given menus for over an hour despite asking passing wait staff multiple times. Water or drinks never arrived. Finally got entres at 8pm then before our mains arrived we were told we had to move to the bar to let the next group in. We were seated next to the drinks service area for our mains and constantly had to move to let wait staff pass. After that we were ignored for the rest of the night.

Qué pequeña mancha funky. Había oído hablar de Long Chim observando a David en Masterchef y sabía que tenía que darle una oportunidad a su restaurante. Amo la comida tailandesa y esto no decepcionó. Comencé con las langostinos crujientes que los tenían una buena patada y se trasladaron al cojín clásico tailandés! ¡¡¡Delicioso!!! También tuve el soda de tamarindo y la Santa Moly ... La próxima vez que lo soliciten en un cubo de 10 litros.
Mucho mejor de lo esperado, excelentes sabores y porciones decentes para el menú establecido, el bien y el servicio rápido, excelentes que la escoria y el calor se vuelven altos en lugar de muchos lugares. El personal advierte a los apostadores qué tan calientes son algunos platos, sin embargo, el orificio de Home Brewing, sentado a nuestro lado, todavía nos sentimos un poco al respecto.

What a funky little spot. I'd heard of Long Chim by watching David on Masterchef and knew I had to give his restaurant a go. I love Thai food and this did not disappoint. I started with the crunchy prawns that had a good kick to them and moved onto the classic Pad Thai! Delicious!!! I also had the Tamarind soda and holy moly.... next time I'll be requesting that in a 10 litre bucket ????
Muy buen restaurante tailandés. Aunque las porciones son pequeñas y un poco caras, todo lo que hemos intentado fue delicioso. Definitivamente ordena el crujiente carne de cerdo asado, pato asado, cangrejo de cáscara suave. Todo su pescado con 3 salsas es un poco en el lado seco. Su té de leche tailandesa es el lugar. Lástima que no tengan arroz de coco! ¡Volveremos a visitar!

Very good Thai restaurant. Although the servings are small and a bit pricey, everything we have tried was delicious. Definitely order the crispy roast pork, roast duck, soft shell crab. Their whole fish with 3 sauces is a little bit on the dry side. Their Thai milk tea is spot on. Pity they don't have coconut rice! Will visit again!
