Long Island Bagel Cafe

I have given this restaurant multiple chances, but it has consistently been inconsistent. Sometimes the service is terrible but the food is decent, other times the service is decent but the food is terrible. The staff are friendly, but my order was completely wrong both this time and last time I visited. Despite them writing down and repeating my order, it still came out completely wrong. My order was missing items and I didn't have the time or energy to go back and complain. They definitely need to improve on some things.

The food is decent and the service is satisfactory, but the prices are exorbitant. I visited this morning and ordered a sandwich with one egg, cheese, and home fries for $9.99. I understand that prices may be higher due to inflation, but when I questioned the manager about the cost, she explained that the additional $5 was for the cheese and home fries. Personally, I find it unreasonable to pay $10 for a sandwich with just one egg and no meat. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

This place smells so good and is so clean I had a hard time picking something to eat. Went with a recent favorite I tried in the Baldwin location but with an egg everything bagel. Staff was super nice but I asked for black pepper and I think I got bell peppers instead. Didn't enjoy biting into bell peppers every bite but the sandwich itself was very tasty. The macaroni was sweeter than expected but I'll definitely be going back to try something else

I really enjoy the food at this restaurant, but the only downside is the staff. When I walked in today to pick up an order, the girl at the counter didn't even acknowledge me. She looked at me, turned around, and started using her phone. I waited to see if someone else would help, and eventually another girl did, but she had a bad attitude that was evident in her demeanor.

Thank you for a wonderful experience with your Mineola store! I placed an order and delivery for a bereavement and the outcome from your staff, including delivery driver, was beyond my expectations. The family was extremely satisfied with the wrap basket and extras that came along with it. I will be continuing to do business with you in the future. Thank you again!

the most rude disgusting customer service ever dealt with in my life! Waited 30 minutes for my order that I called in. No one can find it and then when I was trying to place a new one, the older guy told me “ I talk you listen” If you can’t handle prime busy breakfast time don’t be in the business.

$13 for a bagel sandwich!!? With a few slices of meat!? Old crusty bagels.The quality here has gone downhill. Zero customer SERVICE. It's like we are an inconvenience to serve.Save your money and go to a deli. This place is garbage lately.

Ordered a pick up 15 min before coming in store and waited 20 minute just to pick up my order! What was point of me calling in ahead. Bagel was toasted to a point where it was burnt.

look how much cream cheese they put on my bagel this morning. me and my family were laughing about it. i think this is just RIDICULOUS. i wont be coming back here!

Went in got what was needed, employees were friendly. All fresh, smelled, bagels and muffins, looking great tasted divine each bagel is huge. DELICIOUS!
