Place is a run down dump. Drive through only. We were the only customers in line the entire time we were on the premises and it’s not hard to figure out why. No fries, no cod, no coconut shrimp. Ok! There are shortages, no problem! Ordered anyway. Total of 65.00. No replacements for lack of fries. Still charged full price. Clerk at drive through mad because we asked for straws for our drinks. Asked if sauce was in the bags she rolled her eyes, said yeah, and slammed the window. Zero sauce in any of the bags or boxes. And she very clearly could have used a shower before work. Not a ‘working around fryers’ look. Straight up dirty personal appearance. Literal, black under fingernails, dirty. Yu...

I have just spent $30 for 2 meals here when I came home, I had 2 soggy cold meals of fish, garnelen, huh! obviously they now use polyfoam containers for their drive thru orders that are the worst for home food! ljs has always used boxes for their food, it is one of the reasons why I had never been going to eat. what a waste of my hard earned money time! I wanted to dip, but apparently the dining room closes around 7 o'clock each night. so if they don't have a job can eat dinner dinner during the rush hour not even disturb. that was once one of our favorite food variety to eat, but we won't be back?!

So our bill was 57.00 no lie! I don't mind paying for my food however it's when I get the food and it's gross, not all there,!! And if they would have been busy maybe I could see that, but when the drive thru is the only way to get food and no one else is in drive thru come on now! Someone really don't care about how much you spent or making sure you get what you paid for so sad, we wo t be back anytime soon that's a 100%promise.

only Drive-up was available-I know it's hard to get help, but pay better when they have-the art as it is now, they will lose only more customers. the dame in the window was great, but even the fish was not as good as before. they have turned a long john silvers fan (since 1970 at a location near umsl,) to a never again customer! I'm sorry, but I hope that helps! I said it as it was!

the cassian was over rude. a part of my order disappeared. what I was given was overwhelmed. for additional condiments was asked that there was no one. I called a missing part of my order and was told hard cookies. should have checked before the window. will not protect this situation. food: 1/5

It was absolutely disgusting. The oil for the fish needed to be changed. It was dark and had black flecks all over it. The fries looked and tasted like they had been put in the fryer and taken back out immediately. We used to love going here but we will no longer be going back

Friendly employees and the food was fast. Though the food tasted not fresh like it was cooked hours before and just under a heat lamp. The television was set a little loud as well but it was Chicago Fire so I just watched it while my daughter watched YouTube on my phone.

a dame decided that she did not close the dining room from any obvious reason and has a yard sign in the door lol. I could no longer be unprofessional. probably not even at this point. she said she would close it for a few hours. I joke my head. hort service

Careful floor is wet in front of soda fountain. Floors are very slippery. Short handed.slow to get food out. The food was good. Parking is tricky. Park on the sides of building walk around to the front of the building right door is out left door is in.

The store didn't have French fries or shrimp and the Pepsi machine in the dinning room was not working. The food we did get was great. The place needs a face-lift badly.
