No handicap parking. Lack of well-defined entrance/exit. They could spruce up this location a bit more. It seems to be in a good shopping area. Not very disabled person accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: Sort of, but not fully ADA compliant.

The food quality went down so badThe chicken was under cooked and still hard in the center. Idk what happened because it used to be a great place but that was in the 90s

Very slow service.I asked for extra crispy fries. they were not extra crispy. If they called that extra crispy I'd hate to see what anything less would be. Frozen?

If you're looking for seafood in Hermitage, stop here and not Red Lobster. It's what you would expect from a classic LJS.
