I had a disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. I waited over 25 minutes in the drive-thru line, only to be informed at the speaker that they weren’t taking orders—at 7:30 PM on a Friday night. They cited being short-staffed as the reason. To make matters worse, the employees were unprofessional, shouting at customers from the drive-thru window and playing music with excessive profanity. This was by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. The franchise owner or district manager should feel embarrassed and ashamed of how this location is being operated. They should take notes from the brand-new Taco Bell in Norwood just a few miles away.
This has been one of my long-time favorites! I love stopping by to quickly grab some decent Mexican-inspired food. It can be a bit salty, but there’s a reason for that! Some items on the menu come with a sodium warning, so it's best to be cautious. I’ve noticed that the rice and bean burritos are safer options compared to the beef ones, whether shredded or ground. My current favorite is the rice burrito, and you can customize it with lettuce, tomatoes, and all sorts of toppings! It's really good. Thank you, Taco Bell!
Negative a million stars. I only put 1 cuz yelp made me. 3:23pm hardly anyone in line for drive thru we pulled up for two Pepsi 's they said they 'can 't take any orders right now I said I only want a Pepsi they said they don 't have any of that do we want something else we said no the employee responded with, 'ok have a nice life ' as we pulled away. It was obnoxious.
They gave me the wrong order. Put zero effort into taking my order so that didn't surprise me. Frustrating through because they charged me for stuff that was more expensive than what I actually ordered. Oh and when I opened the taco, tomato chunks and cheese went flying all over my car. It was actually shocking how sloppily it was all done. Zero star.

I’m giving this place 3 stars, mainly because it really messed with my stomach. However, I have to give a shout-out to the one guy who was super friendly and got our food to us really quickly—definitely 5 stars for him! Overall, I’d rate my experience 10 out of 10 and I’d come back again.

Over half the order was incorrect and they forgot 1 item. The burrito stuck to the wrapping making it inedible. A waste of time and money.
Employees lock doors and no one responds to drive thru. Worst place do not go. Not first time it's happened to me

Very slow service. Food is great in general but prices are a bit high. Nice employees.
