I will say I have eaten at several from the Upstate to the Midlands of South Carolina. I must say as a person and my beautiful wife we have been introduced to a whole new level of service(Robin), smell (no moldy carpet smells), and food cooked to perfection.I love Longhorn Steakhouse if they replicated the same plans and implementation as they do at the Mt. Pleasant, SC location my wife and I would eat there more.No smell, attentive service (Robin), and cooking the food right. This is the best Longhorn Steakhouse I’ve ever been to! After a long day with my husband and kids, we decided to stop by, and we were fortunate to have Shailey as our server—she was amazing! Her humor kept us entertained, and she never left our table. Everyone enjoyed their meals; my 12-year-old surprisingly finished an entire steak! The staff was incredibly accommodating, and our glasses never stayed empty; they made sure our Shirley Temples were always full. We will definitely be returning!
Great longhorns steakhouse! I had the best server I’ve had in years. Shailey was AMAZING, she was cracking jokes the entire time, my glass was never less than half full, and everyone else she was serving was smiling after she left their table. My burger was cooked to perfection and came out quickly. The manager, I think Chris Dolan, came and checked on me and was really nice as well.
The staff here seem to all be hard workers. Tristian stood out the most with his over the top hospitality, great manners, and great personality! He definitely made our experience really nice tonight. It’s sad to see him leaving for the U.S. Coast Guard soon but I am sure he’ll do well. You have my family’s support Tristian. Good luck with everything ?

I really enjoyed my meal, the wait time was only 5 mins which turned into 10 but we didn't mind. The Food came out very fast and was also hot, I loved that. The waiter was very nice he just forgot one of our items but brought it out so fast we didn't even notice. I enjoyed my meal and would visit again.
The service team is excellent. Unfortunately, the food was just average. The appetizers were decent, but the steak was dry and overly salted. It felt like it may have been cooked from frozen, which likely contributed to its dryness. The outstanding service deserves a solid 4 stars, though.
**Parking:** There is ample regular and accessible parking available.
**Wheelchair Accessibility:** The doors and pathways are wide, making it easy to navigate.
I tried to order food and they said they are not taking orders but it say they don’t close till 10pm. And I called at 9:15. Very disappointed.
