Longhorn Steakhouse Norridge

The food was very good and so was the table service. The phone rang loudly throughout our entire visit. The hostess seemed underwhelmed and did not acknowledge the large crowd of people waiting to be seated. The mass of people waiting at the entrance was confusing. Someone in each party approached her to be seated or attended to. It took a while for each party to be seated although the restaurant was mostly empty. Luckily everyone was cooperative and we organized ourselves. Once seated, there seemed to be plenty of server staff on hand to take care of all the diners. The meal took a really long time to come from the kitchen, but that was fine as we were having a nice visit. I'll go back agai...

Customer service was great. I want to start greeting at the door was so pleasant. The waiter Phi? was very attentive. He thought my husband didn't like his carvings because he didn't like much, he asked why he didn't eat. He had a late lunch, so he wasn't as hungry as me. The bartender was so close to the customers at the bar and they all seemed to know them. If they don't make sure they feel comfortable. The manager/guide at this location should appreciate the staff they work for them. Thank you for such a great dinner.

Have not been in a while they updated the menu which is nice. Ordered The renegade steak which was cooked perfectly. The 2 times prior which actually made me stop going my steak was overcooked then very undercooked. I loved the salad because it's much bigger. It was very busy for a monday night, yet our server was definitely on his game! My husband and I will definitely be coming back thanks to these improvements.

Everything was served nice and hot. Freshly cooked/ prepared. The atmosphere was nice but a bit chilly. Beer was nice and cold. Food was seasoned perfectly. Shrimp was better than expected size wise and cooked to perfection. The steak could have used a tad more seasoning, tho. Brussel sprouts were amazing . Service could have been slightly improved but overall nice place to have some good food.

Mmmm very good place to just have a dinner with family. Always great food. Crispy shrimp and tenderest sirloin ever. Location is perfect. No traffic at all. Any day of the week. And no reservations required just walk in.

The outlaw bone-in ribeye was amazing! The service was exceptional too My wife I never agree on anything but did last night on this cut of meat dig in enjoy folks!

Good food- enough for lunch; ordered pork chops and no applesauce!! Had coffee and NEVER came back to refill my cup. I ordered a cocktail and it was delicious

Lunch was delicious I had full slab ribs, but the best part was the server Michelle is the bomb very very nice and on top of it.

Everything was so delicious. Some of the best shrimp we ever had and the steak was so juicy.
