Longwood Country Kitchen

I visited Longwood Country Kitchen for the first time and had a wonderful experience. We ordered the Country Fried Steak with two eggs, a cup of fresh fruit, and a biscuit ($7.99), Eggs Benedict with home fries ($7.99), and a slice of French Toast with a side of bacon ($5.50). Everything was well-prepared; the country fried steak was flavorful and tender enough to cut with a fork. The ham on the Eggs Benedict was lean and delicious as well. The cafe is a good size, and you can seat yourself. The service was friendly and attentive, and the prices are quite reasonable. This café is absolutely AMAZING! The food is prepared with such care, attention, and a touch of joy. You can really taste the love and family vibe in every dish. When I arrived, I was greeted with incredible attentiveness that took me by surprise. I commented to the waitress about how quickly my food arrived, and she replied, "We don’t want you to wait for your food." I told her I was used to waiting longer for my meals. She just smiled, and I loved that! You absolutely have to visit this hidden GEM. I meant to write this review two months ago, but I wanted to get it just right. Enjoy your experience! Hugs!

Breakfast food here is great. This is always our go to place for breakfast take out. We don't typically eat in as it's usually very packed. The restaurant is very outdated, tables are super small and just not very inviting for our taste. We have dined in a few times, the staff is friendly-a very homey feeling. Service takes a bit longer because they are so busy but the food is worth the wait. We did try thier hamburgers recently and were very disappointed, we will stick with the breakfast food! Recommend breakfast potatoes, sausage links and the breakfast crossiant sandwich!

The food was great and the staff was very friendly and you can definitely tell who the regulars are, because they were greeted by name and a big ol smile! Every time I'm in the area, I make it a point to stop by for breakfast. While I’m sure the rest of the menu is great, I love that they serve breakfast all day long.
