This restaurant is relatively new and beautifully designed, offering a truly refreshing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us as soon as we walked in. They were cheerful and took the time to chat with me, showing genuine interest in getting to know my preferences. Their knowledge of the products was impressive, and they even offered helpful suggestions. We've been quite disappointed with Starbucks at various locations recently—especially the Avalon Park Golden Isle, which was the worst experience we've had—and this place is the complete opposite. They were cheerful, engaged in conversation with me, and genuinely tried to understand my needs. They were knowledgeable about their products and even offered helpful suggestions. My friend comes here to do homework and drink coffee alot and when I joined, he practically knew half the staff by name lol the staff was super friendly and just from over hearing, they know most customers by name and have memorized orders. They are nice, and sweet, and the coffee here is fantastic. I'm not too familiar with coffee shops so the people that helped me walked me through the menu which was really nice and offered me stuff to try. They all talk at a whisper unless taking someone's order which keeps a very peaceful ambiance. The whole place was clean and smelled amazing.
I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, but they informed me they were out of the crunch topping and asked if I would be okay with cookie crumble instead. I agreed and didn’t regret my choice at all! The cookie crumble is on a whole different level compared to what I originally ordered. The coffee is fantastic—consistently good! The ambiance is pleasant, and the staff is welcoming. However, I have a significant issue: you can enjoy a large venti coffee but can't access the restrooms. I understand times are challenging, but if you're confident in your cleanliness to serve food, I believe you should also provide restroom access.
I was truly impressed with everything I ordered. Everything was fresh, made precisely to my preferences, and served promptly! I usually customize my drinks at Starbucks with many specific details, but they got it just right here! Since I work nearby, I'll definitely be visiting this location often. I highly recommend it! The order was prepared quickly and accurately. I must say, the Crispy Grilled Cheese on Sourdough is fantastic! It was incredibly flavorful, with just the right amount of crunch, and the cheese was perfectly melted. I even ordered it two days in a row! My pumpkin spice latte was delightful, and the Madeleines never disappoint.
