I used to order from here all the time, everytime I order it gets worse and worse. I ordered beef and broccoli with white rice, the beef looked like chicken but it wasn’t chicken and it was slimy. The broccoli wasn’t even cooked, and it came with pork fried rice even though the person who took my order read my order back to me. Ontop of everything the price is outrageous for gross food.
The food was excellent, but the prices were extremely high. One order of pork fried rice, one order of beef mei fun, an order of orange beef, and a Coke cost eighty dollars. The portions were average, but the food quality was very good. However, the pricing felt like robbery, and the staff should consider wearing a ski mask when taking orders.
Food was terrific and the service was great, we have found our new weekend spot to sit down and take out during the week. I’ve been looking for authentic Chinese food for a long time on Staten Island and have finally found it.
This place is consistently above average!! Try the general chicken, they actually use honey, and it is outstanding!! I'd post pictures, but I never get a chance to before the food is gone! Lol. Reserva una mesa ahora
Food is decent but portions are pathetic for the money you are charging for it. If your going to charge a premium atleast pack the container..
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The food is terrible and the staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful.

I enjoy dining at Loon Chuan. The service is prompt and the dishes we order are consistently fresh and delicious.
