Terrible experience at L’Orangerie. My friend and I had arrived in Sorrento for the day ready to find a nice place to have a drink and some food, considering it was 33 degrees we thought why not try find a nice pool to swim in as well. We walked past L’Orangerie poolside bar and restaurant and thought that sounded like the perfect place to spend our afternoon. After looking online to see if we needed to book, and seeing many openings for the afternoon we thought we would just walk in and ask as there were many free reservations. Excelent service, definitely the strenght of this place. Food was good, the pizza on par with many of the best around town. The cocktail and drinks menu is quite good. Food menu consists of pizza, some finger food, salads and sandwiches. I recommend the club sandwich and the Nduia pizza.
We enjoyed a wonderful lunch pizza. Yes, pizza . Excellent quality, timing, appointments, olive oil, and balsamic reduction. And the wine was well discussed and chosen. This is an undiscovered retreat in Sorrento! Try it! You will not be disappointed .
Pool in Sorrento that is accessible to the public for a charge. Great pool and great food! But spendy, be prepared if you want to eat there but it is really good food.

Excellent service, lovely food in a relaxing environment. Higher end price wise but worth it. Take a stroll in the lovely surrounding gardens after your meal.
Upscale restaurant in a poolside setting. Great service even though there was heavy rain and all the tables had been moved under the bar. Excellent food.
