L'orygine - Reserva de mesa

Although it’s not a vegan restaurant, it’s very accommodating and the food is delicious. We went on a Sunday during their special brunch menu. There are two vegan dishes, a vegan smoothie, and a vegan dessert. Everyone’s meal came with a little taste beforehand and they brought us a vegan one. We sat outside on the back deck- highly recommend this place!

The food was fantastic! I had a five-course tasting menu. They allowed me to add alcohol to the pairing (for an additional fee). The dishes and cocktails were creative and made with lesser-known local ingredients. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This is exactly the type of restaurant I adore. I would return to Quebec City just for L'Origine.

This meal was possibly the most delicious vegan meal I’ve eaten outside of my kitchen. The ingredients are sourced locally, and are in season. The blend of flavors was perfect! If I could give it 5 stars, I would! It’s a great option when dining with omnivores. Everyone has delicious options!

This restaurant is mostly not veg friendly. However the vegan dish I had was no afterthought. It was a gourmet seitan and squash Wellington My non-vegan husband and I agreed it was excellent. A good place to go if you're the only vegan or vegetarian in the group. Reserva una mesa ahora

This restaurant offers the most delicious and sophisticated vegan cuisine I have ever tasted. I come back regularly to try the gluten-free vegan menu, which features local products. Highly recommended!

Staff were great but one dish arrived not vegan after asking for vegan. Limited vegan options and servings are quite small 18 for one taco). Terrace is lovely and the atmosphere is good.
