Los Agaves - Reservar una mesa

I legitimately don 't understand how this place is so highly rated. The food didn 't taste seasoned at all. They had all the right ingredients, but it 's like they were afraid to add some flavor. Also, I 'm 100% certain the guacamole is just sour cream blended with a single avocado. It was not chunky or thick and it for sure did not have all the other necessary ingredients. Maybe, I expected too much from a Mexican themed restaurant in WV.

I have eaten here two times in the past month and I can say it is not my favorite Mexican diner in the area. One time it's because of someone I was with that wanted to eat there and the other time was because my fav was closed for family vacation. The good was ok but just didn't really hit the spot. Service was good and the place is beautifully decorated... Just not my go to anymore.

Likes: Lots of menu options, ample seating with no wait, good beer selection, clean bathrooms. Dislikes: I got the large order of nachos which came on a pretty small plate. Service was meh, we had a mistake added item on our bill (they did comp without hassle which was good. Bringing drinks out timely and getting the check was slow as we did not see our waitress much.

Went here while on a business trip and was not impressed. I had a giant burrito that was bland and watery inside from the lettuce. I will try something else on the menu next time I'm in town because the service was exceptional.

Food was ok. They have an extensive menu, there is something for everyone. The food came very fast and service good till the end, when waiter disappeared for quite a while. There prices are very good.
