Went for first time to enjoy and find a new Mexican restaurant to enjoy. I found the food quality mediocre but acceptable. I was willing to give it another try next time. There was to be NO next time. It was tax free August and they charged taxregardless. When I brought the tax free Tennessee for restaurants and groceries to the owners attention he went into “ignorantmode” and acted ignorant to the fact. Gave me the lame excuse he did not know of it and does not know how to correct thebill. “It is all done in the register.” Anybody doing business at this retail level knows better. Never will return, theyplaced $2 at a higher value than good repeat customer.
The service was outstanding, and the interior of the restaurant was impressively clean. It was my first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and how delicious everything tasted. It was the first time I actually needed a fork to enjoy nachos, and I absolutely loved the tacos. With their lunch and dinner specials, they have options for every time of day—though they don't serve breakfast. I highly recommend this place for families of any size, or if you're just out with friends for some drinks. This has definitely become my new favorite authentic Mexican restaurant!
It was our first visit to this restaurant, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the ambiance. We ordered the Molcajete Macho, a mixed grilled bowl, and it was fantastic. The portion was generous enough for two, but we had also ordered nachos al carbon, which we ended up taking home. The others in our group chose burritos and fajitas, and they were equally pleased with their meals. This restaurant will definitely become our go-to spot from now on, and I highly recommend it to any Mexican food lover in the area.

Usually, this restaurant is excellent, but I would strongly recommend avoiding the Chile relleno, particularly for takeout. It's not prepared in the traditional way; it's just cheese, which results in a spongy texture that's quite unpleasant. It would be helpful if they clarified the difference between this dish and the Chile poblano. Unfortunately, this was inedible. Generally, the food and service here are fantastic, but this experience was truly disappointing.
Nice atmosphere. Probably the best TexMex version of Mexican food I've had since moving here. Was a little challenged with the service so I'd rather give 4.5 stars, though it worked out fine in the end so I'll stick with 5. Definitely will go back as this will be my new go-to place for Mexican in the area now. Highly recommended.

The service was great. Chips are refilled instantly and we never ran out of water.The food has no flavor. Salsa on one dish tasted like watered down marinara.

This place is good!!!!! Very clean. Very good fresh food. The best salsa I’ve had.Definitely going to be making the drive over here for Mexican!
Atmosphere was fun and relaxed. Staff where busy but very attentive. Would recommend for a price budget family setting.
