Found this place while driving thru St James. I will not lie. We were kind of concerned when we pulled in and was one of the only cars in the parking lot. We were greeted and quickly seated. We have always favored Mexican food but rarely find one that compares to our local favorite. However, when the chips and salsa arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. The chips were warm and fresh, and the salsa was very flavorful with a hint of heat. We each ordered something different. I got the shrimp tacos, which were delicious with lots of fresh lettuce and Pico de gallo. Overall, we were all highly satisfied with our meals. It was a great meal at a great price. We will stop by again.

We placed a takeout order when there were only two other tables occupied in the restaurant. Our order took around 30 minutes to be ready, and when it finally arrived, one of our steak taco orders was incorrect. When we returned to request the missing avocado, they handed us an avocado that was visibly fuzzy with mold. The food tasted like it came straight from a grocery store's freezer section. Overall, it wasn't worth the money or time to eat here.
We ordered togo when there were 2 other tables in the restaurant. The order took about 30 minutes to come out and then one order of steak tacos was incorrect. When we we went back in to ask for the avocado the order was missing they gave us avocado that was visibly fuzzy with mold. The food was something you'd get from a freezer section at a grocery store. Not worth spending the money or time to get food here. Service: Take out

They didn't even know the thing I ordered. When I said it was wrong and told them the description they refused to admit they got it wrong. Heard someone say the cheese wasn't curdled this time. Way to expensive for some dry piece of meat
