To give a fair review I've visited this place several times. Unfortunately it is over hyped. This place is more of a place to go and drink and it just happens to have food. The menu didn't have many selections but food was decent. The waitress didn't know the menu. Staff definitely gives preference to a certain race. I asked for water 3 times, 2 different people and never got it. During dinner a couple came in, sat about 4 tables away. I saw the bartender run and give them water without them even asking for it. Saw a hispanic couple after dinner and again no water. I thought it was just my imagination but when i returned the 2nd and 3rd time I saw how others got treated better. Funny thing i...
This is the second time I've visited this restaurant with my family, and we encountered the same issue again. We had to wait 40 minutes for our food, which upset my little one quite a bit. The waitstaff didn't check on us or inform us about the delay until we reached out to them, which I found quite unprofessional. The restaurant wasn't busy on either occasion, so there shouldn't be an excuse for the long wait. While the food is good, the service and wait times definitely need improvement.
Not sure why/how this place was rated so high. It is cheap so maybe that? I got beef tacos (I guess technically steak) but the meat was so tough it was like whatever burnt ends remained they just chopped up and threw it in. My friend got the quesadillas which actually had a lot of chicken in it. I’d come back but avoid the beef/steak and just go for the chicken dishes. What do I know. I just like my beef tacos
Alicia was a horrible waitress!! She appeared to be annoyed when taking our order after waiting 10 minutes for her arrival. She took the wrong order, forgot items in the order. She never apologize, she never checked on the table. It was by far the worse service I've ever had. To make matters worse she added 18 percent gratuity to my bill.

Authentic flavor. I got tamales and tacos and although the meat was a little over cooked, seasoning and toppings were pretty authentic.I ordered online to pick up and did not paid attention to my order as I was in a hurry, unfortunately when I got home I noticed they forgot one item from my order : Need to pay attention next time
We had a fantastic lunch today! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the mezcal margaritas were delightful, and the portion sizes were generous. Everything we tried tasted amazing!
If your are looking for very good Mexican food this is your place in Norwalk. There is a reason why they are a staple. The service is great, the food is delicious!

Very generous portions and great tasting. Staff very friendly. Enjoyed this find! Flan was excellent. Will have to try other baked items as well next time!
