It pains me to order tacos let alone give a tacos spot a 5 star review because I feel as if they are very expensive for the amount of food that you get. Also having several locations you would think that quality control gets out of hand. With thatbeing said, these are undeniably the best tacos I?ve had. Make sure to get the quesadillas because they have the layer of cheesemelted on the flattop that stick to the tortillas (get corn) that creates an unforgettable experience. When I?m back in NY Iwill definitely be back.
What an experience. The menu is straightforward, and the ordering system makes it easy to get your food at the stand-up tables. The flavors are incredible, and everything is fresh—including the tortillas used for the tacos. I tried what seemed like an overstuffed quesadilla and had to resist ordering more. What an experience. Simple menu, simple system for ordering and getting your food to the stand-up tables. Incredible flavor and everything is fresh, including the tortillas they use for the tacos. Had what appears to be an overstuffed quesadilla and had tohold myself back from ordering more. It’s hard for me to order tacos, let alone give a taco place a five-star review, as I often find them to be pricey for the portion size. With multiple locations, I worry about quality control slipping. However, I have to say that these are truly the best tacos I’ve ever had. Be sure to try the quesadillas too! This is the best taco place I've been to for quality and delicious food. The long line and bustling atmosphere inside the restaurant demonstrate its popularity. I ordered chicken and pork tacos, as well as quesadillas. Everything was tasty, but the marinated pork was the standout—definitely a must-try! I highly recommend it and can’t wait for my next visit.
As a Mexican American, I can confidently say this is genuinely authentic Mexican food. The tacos, cactus plate, salsas, guacamole, and Jamaica drink were unlike anything I expected to find in NYC, but I'm so grateful a few locals recommended this place, and my family and I decided to try it. We loved it so much that my husband even had to order takeout!
This is definitely my favorite taco spot in NYC. We visit every time we're in the city because the tacos are absolutely amazing. My top choice is the steak, though the chicken is a close second! Their chips and guacamole are consistently great too. The service is quick, and the flavors are always outstanding. I highly recommend it!!!
I'm Mexican American and can tell you without a doubt this food is truly authentic Mexican food. Best Tacos place visited for a quality and tasty food. Long queue and the crowd inside the restaurant will tell you its popularity. Ordered Chicken, Pork Tacos and Quesadillas. All were tasty but Marinated pork was the best from the lot- a musttry. Highly recommended. Looking for my next visit very soon.
