The store was too noisy and overcrowded for a pleasant experience. The pickup service was slow; I often found myself waiting 30 to 45 minutes because they either misplaced my order or claimed it was ready when it wasn't. Additionally, I don't think they deliver through any apps, as they consider even a location just five miles away to be "too far." On several occasions, I also received smaller portions than what I had ordered.
I recently visited Lost Pizza in Oxford and was quite impressed, particularly with the pasta. So, I had high hopes for this location. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing—the pasta was undercooked, and the overly acidic sauce was too much to handle. I felt like I had wasted my money. I tried to express my concerns, but my complaint didn’t result in any resolution. I won’t be coming back.
I stopped by this restaurant to pick up a meat lovers pizza to take home. Unfortunately, it wasn't ready when I arrived, and I had to drive quite a distance across town. When I finally received my pizza, it was burnt and had too little cheese. I like exploring different dining options, so I'm considering giving this restaurant another shot.

My family and friends have been visiting Lost Pizza Company for years, and we've never been disappointed. We've celebrated parties, hosted small gatherings, and enjoyed quick meals after visiting the Children’s Museum. The food and customer service are excellent!
This is a wonderful restaurant. The pizza was outstanding, although the wings could have been a bit larger. Our dessert pizza was tasty, but it had a slightly crunchy texture. Overall, we enjoyed friendly service, fantastic pizza, and a clean dining atmosphere.

This is the best pizza I have ever had! I started with a small, and it was so delicious that I had to return the next day to get a larger size! I highly recommend it!
