I had a terrible time here? There was some serious potential here considering it had good reviews and seemed very busy. But to start, our waitress, Shannon was very rude. She was not friendly from the beginning. She also seemed to not care about our table compared to others. Multiple tables that came after us got served before us and when we simply asked for straws which we waited on for 10 minutes until we had to ask the host for them and Shannon never followed up about it. We ordered drinks and being from out of state, I understand needing a second opinion but instead of having someone come over, she just took our IDs to the back. I don’t mind paying more for good food, so on my second visit, I opted for a fish taco and a beef quesadilla. The fish taco was okay, but the quesadillas were the worst. Honestly, even Wawa's quesadillas taste better than those. And what was with the chipotle sauce? It tasted like it came straight from a La Morena can. I have those cans at home! If you're going to offer mediocre quesadillas for less without the salsa, let me know because that was just bad. I was under the impression that this restaurant offered gourmet Mexican cuisine, but it seems I was mistaken.

The ambiance and food were incredible! A friend and I savored some strawberry margaritas and shared a small order of nachos. Don't hesitate to order them without meat; they were the best nachos I've ever tasted! I was amazed at how large the burritos were—I ended up taking half of one home! They were so delicious! The flan for dessert was fantastic as well. I can't wait to return! This has become one of my new favorite spots!

Finally, a great Mexican place in the Tri-State area. I may take their scams on Quesadillas (no punctuality that they are supposed to be saddened) and their tacos are very shameful. The service was in no place, and the place has a relaxing chill ambiance that makes your feeling comfortable. Shannon (the waitress) went beyond and beyond... The best service ever!! Loteria hits on atmosphere and service, but whiffs on taste. The menu shows variety, but the actual food lacked flavor. The guac needed salt, the pork tacos we got were lackluster, the steak/asada were an improvement, but overall between value and taste, I'd probably not return.

The food and the service from the waitress were both commendable. However, the margaritas left much to be desired. There seemed to be very little tequila in them, and they were overly sweet. When you're paying $14 for a glass, you expect a generous pour of tequila.

The atmosphere is wonderful, and the food and drinks are delicious. The shrimp are especially beautiful. The prices are quite reasonable. I will definitely dine here again, and I absolutely love the mango dish!

Absolutely AMAZING! The tacos are incredibly tender and practically melt in your mouth. The meat is so delicate it falls apart effortlessly. Everything is fresh and just outstanding. Reserva una mesa ahora

We had pork mules, vegetarian burrito, salsa totopos. The food was good, but the chips are a la carte that the bill slightly higher than most Mexican restaurants

The Carne Asada Burrito topped with crema and chili sauce was excellent. The churros served with caramel sauce made for a delightful dessert to end the evening.
