When we were in Chicago, we had to try a pizza. I heard from friends who had visited Chicago that they had no good experience with deep court. It was important to us to choose the right place. We read the description and looked at photos to do that. We are not marinara fans so we rejected the other big chain in the city because their pizza looked very hard on marinara sauce. We chose Lou Malnati. This special location was completely packed. Waiting was over an hour because a Cubs game was just finished and everyone flung to this place. I ordered the Malnatis Chicago classic without the sausage (small)... it was amazing and I couldn't finish it, so I took the rest with me in an exhaust box. I also ordered Spiniash cheese bread....and Omg Omg... It was soooo delicious!! Also the waitress Quinn was so energetic, she served 6 fully booked tables at once!, each table was served on time and fulfills her wishes. Thank you, Quinn That's why if you want to eat a pizza... Here in Chicago.
I?ve been recommended Lou?s by many people so I finally decided to check it out. We ordered a large Chicago style cheese pizza and I just couldn?t believe it. The crust was hard as a rock. It was so crunchy and bland, how could this of ever come fromdough? I will have to stick to soft foods for a few days so my mouth can recover. Service was good and not too long of a wait,but i wouldn?t go back for the pizza.
Layla was very nice she let us stay there for an extended period of time due to such a great date, no additional issues. She gave me more drinks when didn’t even know I needed a refill. She gave me plenty of time to count my money and her tip. No complaints very nice atmosphere the keeps your energy up.

Great experience we had. It's definitely a place you should go once for the history that it has in Chicago. Was not woven by pizza, but the service was great. Our server was attentive and accommodating. Nice place to go with the family.
Our waitress with the black curls was very nice and very attentative. The pizzas weren’t that great and they did let us know pizzas are made fresh so will take at least 30min which seems very long to me for 2 personal sized pizzas?
Excellent service, great neighborhood location and great pizza. We loved the energetic mood of this location and close to many shopping and other Rush St. options for entertainment. And of course the gray, deep pizza!
We stop here before we leave Chicago and this is a must stop every time. We took half-baked pies, and they are as delicious as the ones served in the restaurant.

The hype around around this place had us so excited. It was decent pizza but not near as good as other places in Chicago. It was good, but did not wow us.
WIter was great. We did not have reservations but they found us a seat.
