I had to call in my order because their app wasn’t functioning, and when I spoke to the young man on the phone, he told me they couldn’t redeem rewards points over the phone. I explained that I would try the app again, and if it didn’t work, I would take my business elsewhere. He didn’t seem to care about potentially losing a customer. My wife and kids really wanted deep dish, so I called back and spoke with the manager, who assured me that they could redeem points over the phone after all. I'm giving this place three stars because the pizza is hot and delicious when it arrives, but they really need to improve their staff training and get the basics right, like cutting the pizza.
