Tonight was my second time visiting this location. I haven 't tried your cream pies yet but i worked at a pie restaurant [Country Cousins where i served Pete Wence, Ashley Simpson and more in the future restaurants] but they look beautifully.Beauty is deceiving and i know that you use an oil based whipped topping. How long do those display pies sit? Are they mouldy under neath? Do you know how to make and display and overly showy fluff ; but for these reasons i will avoid your deserts.As for the pizza: Delicious but lacked the golden broiled look. Your employee 's tend to stand and talk while my Boyfriend, Thomas and I my plate empty and his as well. One slice left on the pan waiting for you...
For those who love a hardy pizza with loads of flavor and fresh ingredients, this place is for you. Your provided a generous amount of toppings, smothered in delicious house sauce and a tasty crust like no other place around Ottawa. Their garlic sauce is made in house and it is absolutely addicting!Great place to take the kids for a sit down meal as well, old fashioned cozy atmosphere.Vegetarian options: they have veggie optionsParking: big parking lot right next to it as it shared the same lot as the old Ottawa bowling alley.Kid-friendliness: kids menu and friendly environment.Wheelchair accessibility: accessible by wheelchair.
I think Louis Pizza has been the same for decades. Reliably fantastic pizza and one of the best in Ottawa. Have never dined in, always takeout or a delivery service. Interior hasn't changed and many of the same people. Nice family run operation.When we have strayed away from pizza we always regret it. Have had some good but not the best pasta and tried some desserts like the coconut cream pie that doesnt come in a slice but in a takeout container that is almost over flowing. We prefer to stick with the pizza though.
Outstanding pizza and people. The dough is second to none, despite what two reviews described as salty and undercooked? Must be the competition writing this garbage. Sauce, cheese is quality, dessert pies, breakfasts just WOW. Try the pizza kits as well to take home and cook in your own oven. They are AMAZING and budget friendly. The best pizza you’ll ever eat. It’s the crust so buttery and delicious that I could just eat it plain! Lots of amazing topping options and lots of other great foods like their poutine, as well. Staff always go above and beyond! Truly the sweetest people ever. Jo even made a crust display for my son whose obsessed with “ABC” when we last were there!
The only things that's better than the food at this place are the people! What a gem. Unreal food and the most beautiful people.The pizza was authentic, homemade pizza and the freshly made in house garlic sauce and coconut cream pie were the best ever. I wish I could eat there every single day. Can't wait to go back.
They’re absolutely the sweetest family-owned pizza restaurant ever. We ordered 4 Large Pizzas for our year-ended office party and they gave us an amazing deal, taste 10/10, and perfectly on time. I don’t have any more words. Will comeback here everytime I think of pizza.
