Das Raclette Abend serviert all-you-can-eat Raclette, mit einem kleinen Teller mit Schinken, die Vorspeise. Das Essen war lecker, Raclette war sehr lecker, aber alles in allem fand ich, dass es ein wenig zu teuer für das, was man bekommt. Alles in allem, wir zahlten fast $100 CHF pro Paar für Käse überbacken und Kartoffeln! Ich hatte so viel über die Caveau de Nyon gehört habe ich letztes Jahr zum ersten Mal besucht. Ich bin voll in das Hotel verliebt und der Manager, Stephane ist so eine nette Person. Er bietet lokale Produkte, Weine und Aufschnitt, Käse und wunderbares Brot. Es ist im Keller der alten Burg in Nyon und man bekommt wirklich das Gefühl, ein Teil der Geschichte. Es ist klein und intim, aber so ein toller Ort. Man kann dort auch Raclette Abend ein Mal im Monat und Jazz am Abend am Donnerstag eines jeden Monats von September bis April dauert. I attended a reception and dinner here. The reception was held outside the Chateau where we could enjoy the incredible beauty of Nyon looking across Lac Lemain to the Alps. An incredible way to unwind after a week long intense meeting. The selection of wines was great. We then adjourned to the basement for light snacks and more wine.

El Chateau en Nyon es un lugar especial y una visita a la cava es de visita obligada. The Chateau in Nyon is such a special place and a visit to the Caveau is a must. The setting is so cool and sitting down for a bottle of local wine with a plate of meats/cheeses to snack on is a great way to spend a couple hours. When we have guests visit us in Nyon, we bring them to the Caveau!
Nyon ist eine sehr kurze Bahnfahrt nördlich von Genf, es lohnt sich, der 12 Minuten und der Einstieg in ein wahres Wee Schweizer Stadt. Tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten und sehr gute Restaurants und Bars auf der Seeseite. Mit ein nettes kleines Schloss.
Nyon is a very short train ride North of Geneva, its well worth taking the 12 minutes and getting into a true wee Swiss town. Great sites and very good restaurants and bars on the lake side. With a great wee castle.
