The restaurant has a separate gluten-free menu. I was asked to order at the bar, which allowed me to discuss my food requirements with the manager. The manager also explained the food preparation process and risks of cross-contamination. They took a separate written order for gluten-free dishes and all food came with gluten-free flags. The staff showed a clear understanding of gluten-free requirements, making me feel comfortable eating there. They also have a separate kitchen area for gluten-free food.

Met with family and friends for a birthday meal/drinks. Staff moved tables for us, were very accommodating, didn't mind the kids being kids. Dog friendly. Food was great, good vegan and veggie choice, quick service. Beware if you park outside, traffic wardens constantly patrol the roads around here, it puts people off from using the shops and bars which is a shame as it does not help to support the local shops.

Having been to Bacco Lounge a few times before turning vegan, I was sceptical as to whether they would now cater for me, but was very pleasantly suprised! They offer a whole vegan menu, with veganized versions of several brunches, tapas, mains, salads and desserts! Definitely best place in Rugby to eat as a vegetarian or vegan possibly best restaurant in Rugby in general!

Bacco lounge has got a vegan menu, which is great, but unfortunately despite ordering off it I was given butter containing dairy. Thankfully, I realised before consuming due to the distinct scent so they swapped it for me but if you do come here please check! Such a shame as I am sure that it is usually good.

They have a separate menu for vegans. I ordered the Moroccan bowl, which was delicious and had a variety of flavors. The pub food and bar selection were also good. This place is perfect for dining with non-vegan friends, and the prices are reasonable. The decor is quirky and the staff is friendly.

This is a great place to visit. It has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where everyone is welcome, including dogs. There is a separate vegan menu and sometimes something on the specials list. Great place to meet friends. It is part of the Lounges chain.

This place is great for a coffee catch-up, a family lunch, or an evening meal. The setting is pretty, the vegan options are good, and the service is fine. A real staple in the Rugby social scene!
