Modelo is part of a group of lounge bar/restaurants in Britain. The decor is quirky and looks beautiful in the evening, with candles and lovely lighting. They offer a separate vegan menu along with a gluten-free one. As someone who is gluten-free, I checked both menus to see what was available. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ordered the heirloom/fava bean dip with mint oil, roasted courgettes, sweet potatoes, and basil falafels. All the tapas dishes were nice—while not outstanding, they were certainly good.
