Bitterly disappointed with lunch yesterday. Ordered Salmon Panzanella, what arrived was an overcooked salmon fillet on cold cut tomatoes, on a plate drizzled with balsamic glaze. Might I suggest the chef takes a look at at Gino's recipe before serving that to paying customers. On hindsight I should have complained...but I thought a lot more of my family than the food so chose not to spoil the occasion.
