Better experience this time. We tried the Long Beach location in the Town Center and it wasn’t good. Came here and told the waitress my beef ribs were burnt last time (which I get some people like that) and asked for done but not burned. My beef ribs were great and juicy but a whole lot of fat! I got some meat and I know that fat makes it juicy and I got full on 4 ribs and even gave some to my daughter who wasn’t happy with her pasta. I told her you order pasta at an Italian restaurant not a BBQ restaurant.? Husband liked his pork ribs I guess since he didn’t complain. This location has a better bathroom but still dirty and musky. Definitely needs a good scrub and better air circulation in...
Regarding wheelchair accessibility, they do have a ramp. I needed someone to push my wheelchair, as I can't manage it alone. I can't quite remember if someone helped us by opening the door, but I really appreciated the layout of the space we entered. The staff did an excellent job making it wheelchair-friendly, allowing me to easily roll up to our table. I'm truly grateful for their assistance in making my visit enjoyable and accessible.
Do not place an online order! They will cheat and skimp out on the amount of food you get. Do not believe a word they say about that not being true. All I gotta say is if we all have had the same issue, it's Lucille's not us.
The barbecue here is excellent, but the chicken is exceptional. As a Texan, I can confidently say the chicken is perfectly cooked. The biscuits they serve at the start, paired with honey mustard, are simply irresistible.

Haven't visited Lucille's in over a decade. In the area spending time with my niece, everything was better then I remember Food was awesome the service made the experience Exceptional.
To put it simply: the ribs were dry and burned. The service was lacking; I had to ask three times for my straws. Overall, it was just okay. I'm not looking forward to returning.
Food was good but they have downsized portions and raised prices, double whammy...safe to say I won't be having Lucille's again anytime soon
Terrible service terrible food the ribs were old and overcooked, I recommend going somewhere else..

First time going. The place is cool. The ribs are hella dry. Get the cobbler with ice cream ?.
