I don 't know how this place is still in business, wish Yelp would allow zero stars. Half of their lanes are broken, but the worst part about it is that they give these lanes out at FULL price, without any mention of the problems. We get to our lane, and immediately notice that the lane only senses two pins on every turn, meaning even a gutter ball would roll an eight. What makes this even more vile is that when we ask for service, we get the rich, genius response of Oh, we know it 's broken. Our tech guys don 't know how to fix it. Wow. Just wow. If I could give no stars I would, came here with my little siblings and family. Colin is such an A-hole. They made a mistake with not reserving the lanes I asked for (which was 2 because we had a big group) and caught an attitude that I voiced it was a little annoying since most of our group wouldn 't be able to play. We had waited 3 hours which we didn 't complain about it was mostly the fact most of the group couldn 't play at the same time. My family and I decided to go bowling at Lucky Strike over the MLK holiday weekend on 1/14/23. We arrived around 7:30 pm and the place was very busy, as expected for a Saturday night. We spoke to the manager, Colin, who informed us of the wait time and put our name on the wait list for a bowling lane. While waiting, we played pool and were served by the fantastic bartenders, Ethan and Eli. Despite being extremely busy, they were able to take our order quickly. After playing pool for about 90 minutes, we decided to call it a night due to the busyness of the Saturday night. I must give a huge shoutout to the Lucky Strike crew, who remained amazing even when faced with disrespectful customers....
We had a wonderful experience at Lucky Strike bowling alley in the Palisades Mall. I brought my high school seniors there for an afternoon of bowling. Matt Townsend, Beyonce, and Kenny provided excellent service and made the afternoon very memorable for us. They ensured that everything was arranged for us and that we had all necessary supplies. Both the students and staff had a fantastic time. I would definitely return, either with another group or with friends on my own time. It is a great place to visit with a fun atmosphere. In addition to bowling, you can also enjoy pool and ping pong. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

We had a great time bowling with the family. Despite being known as a spot for adult entertainment, there was no music or anything that would make it feel like an adult atmosphere, which was perfect for us since we were here with the family. The bar was usually empty and the service was not up to par. No one came to help us at the lanes and when I went to the bar, there was no bartender to make drinks. One staff member had a bad attitude and told me to go to a different lane to get the child ramp from another party on my own.
Extremely understaffed. The staff are very nice, but they are really overburdened and don't have the time to serve everyone. You might get one round of service, definitely not two without hunting someone down. The food was decent , what you'd expect from a bowling ally. I think if they're able to get more people to work here, it would be a much better location. for what you pay to get in here, I'd expect better.
Let me just say JENNI , hands down , best host with customer service and too friendly and sweet and caring , she was so welcoming and pleasant it was truly amazing , will be back again for sure !! Thanks again Jenni for your hospitality can't wait for another fantastic experience
This place is a run down mess. We had to move three different times to get to a lane that worked. The balls are horrible, the pins are dead and the place is just not fun. I would guess they will be out of business very soon.

Never returns calls for party plans, sometimes smells and couches needs to be cleaned. Just haven't had great service here for the prices they charge. Been here for work events and with family and never had great service.
