The butcher is a true expert in meats, ensuring that customers receive only the finest quality products, along with attentive and personalized service. My therapist at MLH recommended I go to Luigi and Giovanni for lunch sandwiches and am I glad she did.This place is great: products are fresh, people are pleasant and prices are fair. You can watch them slice the meat fresh and no frozen hamburgers here.I also my wife's new special Peanut butter bacon cheeseburger; sounds strange but it is unique and good.I am only in Newtown Square twice a week but I always stop there and you should too.
I visited today for lunch and ordered the chicken parm sandwich. It had the potential to be great, but the chicken was overcooked and so tough that I could barely eat it. I ended up tossing half the sandwich. What a letdown! To make matters worse, there was no one else at the deli counter, yet there were about five employees working behind it, so I really can’t understand what their excuse was.
Definitely not a place to order take out online. Requires 6 hour notice. Ordered 2 hoagies, got there 15 minutes after pickup time, was told by two young men behind the deli counter that they forgot about the order and asked me to give them 3 minutes. Hoagies had no lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions and poor rolls. Online takeout definitely not their niche.

I ordered a cheesesteak for $10.50, and when it arrived, I was shocked by how small it was—definitely the smallest cheesesteak I've ever seen. It felt very light as well. Once I opened it, I realized it was made with chicken instead of beef. I was really disappointed.
Pretty much the only place near mainline that has imported Italian meats and cheeses. Owner is very friendly and prices are high. My go to pick-ups are mortadella because you can't find the real stuff at grocery stores. You can even buy arrosticini and porchetta here.
I purchased chicken cutlets the Friday before Christmas, and I cannot believe they were sold to me. They were awful, completely dried out and stale. I'm very disappointed because I've always praised your chicken cutlets. Unfortunately, I won't be shopping here again!
I ordered a cheese hoagie, but I could barely find any cheese—there were only two small slices, and the rest was just mostly a whole sliced tomato. I won’t be ordering from here again.
