They don 't have paper menu to start with. The QR code doesn 't function properly too, so quite difficult to know what they really have. We wanted just yo have a drink and the waitress just came to us and asked what would you like? without us knowing what they actually have. Seem to be a normal thing here in Friboirg, experienced it more than once already, but still annoying. What if i order Sirop from angel wings or whatever else exotic? They will not have it I guess. Very unpleasant experience. I ended up ordering Coke, cause that 's what I could come up with without seeing the menu. The Coke tasted ok. Not coming back.
Leider haben wir heute eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Personal gemacht. Da wir kein Französisch sprechen konnten, wurden wir respektlos behandelt. Der Kellner hat uns keine Lösung angeboten und hat mehrfach erwähnt das hier Französisch gesprochen wird. Er hat die Augen verdreht und war uns gegenüber sehr unhöflich. Ein solches Verhalten ist absolut unprofessionell und hat unseren Besuch stark negativ beeinflusst. Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt und sind sehr enttäuscht. Darauf hin haben wir auch das Restaurant verlassen.
It's definitely an upscale restaurant playing on the Italian vibe as hard as possible. The food was good and nothing to complain about, but wasn't exactly a wow factor. The flavors were okay and my opinion were perfect for the price. Outdoor seating was beautiful but there were so many fly's the whole time I just spent it swatting them away instead of eating so that was annoying. Indoor seating could be better. Service was nice and prompt and funny, gave advice on the menu and what to get. Would come again.
Fantastic selection of pizza. Very faithful recreations of classic regional pizzas made with high quality ingredients (some imported from their respective regions in Italy). The place is very cozy and the staff quite friendly. It's fairly priced by pizzeria standards in Switzerland but is a bit more on the high end of a students budget. All in all I definitely recommend going here.

If you're looking for an Italian place with Italian atmosphere, Italian crew service, itslisn customers, but not in Italy ... Look no further. This makes you feel really well and comfortable, the food is great, although I wouldn't have the pastas again as they cook it rather particularly (too hard for my taste). Stick to the awesome pizzas.
Very authentic feel to this Italian chain pizza. The use of quality ingredients and a clearly superior homemade tomato sauce make this a wonderful place to visit. However, the crust gets a tad soggy and flimsy in the center, making it hard to eat. Service speed and efficiency could be improved as well.
Very good Italian food, pizza, pasta and large choice of dessert. Various vegetarian and vegan option. The atmosphere is unique, they designed the restaurant as an old school Italian cinema.
The vegan pizza I got was amazing! No fake cheese, just veggies and it was very tasty. I'll definitely come back to Luigia next time I want a pizza
