Went to the store to order a piece for a celebration and customer service was appalling. Felt rejected when they said they would ring us, and we had to ring them first. When getting the product, the item was protected with a cardboard box, which didn't have much stability due to leakage of honey. Do they know what a cake box is???? When removing from the box, I was fluttered with honey on my hand and lets not talk about the presentation disgraceful. Let just say that they chucked a few lukoumades on a foam structure and left it at that rushed and no professionalism. Was promised 80 90 lukoumades and received 70 only didn't trust them and had to count them all. Now let's talk about the taste....
we found the lukomades van at a food truck event. totally hacked. Since then we have been in both shops and I will say that the standout donuts are the hyde park shop. they were perfectly cooked, beautiful and crisp. much to beat. is recommended. especially the food truck and the hyde park one.
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Despite being the only customers in the shop, we had to wait 30 minutes for our lukumades. When we finally received our food, we realized that it was missing the additional $2 topping we had paid for. This incident occurred on 11/03/22.
Non-vegan items were mistakenly included in my vegan order, specifically in the marshmallows which contained gelatin derived from animals. These items were not listed in the menu description.

There was only one employee working, but they handled it like a trooper. Our donuts didn't all come out at once, but they were hot and delicious.
