I contact the restaurant for a good gift first by phone to ask if we can pay (virtually) then send us the right by email, I am told to make my request by email. I execute myself, and then receive an answer from the coldest, telling me that it is impossible, without any justification. This kind of establishment obviously doesn't need customers, we remember the restaurateurs who wept their customers in recent years, I'm just more than surprised by this kind of behavior vis-à-vis customers....(and the answer I received).
