I drove all the way from Alhambra craving something healthy but pressed for time. I decided to make a quick stop at the Luna Grill in Lake Forest. Both Brianna, who took my order over the phone, and Matilda, who handled my payment, gave outstanding service, making me feel like a VIP even as they were preparing to close. They never made me feel like an inconvenience; instead, we shared a pleasant conversation while I waited for my food. I’ve been to other locations, but I’m confident this will be my favorite place on weekends when I’m in Orange County. I really appreciate how well the staff took care of me and my family. I must say, from Brianna, who took my order over the phone, to Matilda, who processed my payment, these ladies truly went above and beyond for me, even at closing time. They made me feel welcomed and we had a lovely chat while I waited for my food. I've been to other locations, but I have to say, this will be my go-to spot on weekends when I'm in Orange County. I was really frustrated today when my order from Luna Grill was missing couscous hummus. Instead of couscous, I received chickpeas. It’s so disappointing to be looking forward to a specific dish and then get the wrong item with your meal. The proper solution would be for Grubhub to deliver the correct order to my house. They need to take responsibility for this. I won’t be ordering again.
Whenever I'm pressed for time and can't make a healthy meal, I often head to Luna Grill, which is conveniently just around the corner from me. This particular location is on El Toro Road in Lake Forest, California. The staff is always friendly, parking is easy, and the food never disappoints!
