Best Tartare EVER. I have no words strong enough to describe how great this place is (as well as all its restaurants.) The concept is crazy smart. You can choose the ingredients you want to put in your tartars (beef or salmon and you can choose the size of your portion as well), the seasonal choice is also great. Your tartaric acid is served with frits, toasts with butter and a salad that you can compose. Beef is great, very fresh and tasty.
