This was not a good impression for a first time visit to this restaurant. Consideration/Understanding acknowledged for large party without reservation- 1. Service was very slow (Sat. lunch time 1:00pm) with restaurant not at or near capacity restraints 2.Standing and Waiting on additional sitting/ had to find out own chairs 3. New staff working diligently but unable to handle the group of 20 assigned 4. Request items had to be repeated more than twice before it was followed through ie silverware ,napkins, chips, water, lemons etc. 5. Mix up on entre orders to clients/ Food was not hot when served 6. Frozen Alcoholic beverages were not comparable to menu advertisement or for prices. Manageria...
This place is average I have had much better Mexican food ,Lil pricey for average Mexican food nothing sets them apart . The service was not good we set down took a while to get acknowledged by the server ,longer to drink drinks , a while to place order when food came out no silverware we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come by to ask them for silverware while food is getting cold . A good server would have made sure of that when they brought drinks to the table . All of this total makes a two to three star dining . I'd pass on going here .
I have been a regular at this Lupe's for years, but I've noticed that prices have been increasing while portion sizes have been decreasing. Recently, my family and I went during happy hour and the only deal was $1.50 off an $11.50 margarita. The food is still tasty, but the portions are definitely smaller. I can't fully recommend it, but if you're in Pearland and looking for a decent dining option, it's worth considering.
My mother-in-law and I decided to have a spontaneous dinner at this restaurant. We were seated promptly and I ordered the fajitas (beef/chicken) with a half pound serving, which turned out to be just enough for both of us along with chips and salsa. The food tasted wonderful! Our server Lenin was attentive and respectful. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.

Two hairs in my daughters food. Waiters were very friendly and tried to make it right. If it weren't for the gross out the meal would have been a full out success.
Place was great but the food sucks . I ordered beef fajitas and my date ordered enchiladas. We didn’t finish our food because the meat tasted old and sour.
One of my favorite restaurants to go to! Steaks are made with enough seasoning and are perfectly juicy and amazing aroma!
Went with the family.. 9 of us. A bit pricey for Mexican food but it was all tasty
