I tried the arugula salad, which was fresh and delicious, while my daughter ordered a meatball sandwich. Unfortunately, it came on ciabatta bread, and she was hoping for a more traditional Italian sub. The kids shared a pizza, meatballs, and chicken fingers, all of which they enjoyed. I absolutely love this place! It's a clean and cozy casual spot with friendly customer service. They offer a great selection of pizzas, including gluten-free and cauliflower options. The medium-sized pizzas are definitely worth the price. I'm a fan of thin crust pizza, and both the Grandma Pizza and Margherita Pizza are excellent! We ordered a medium-sized fig burrata pizza for two, but it would have been better as a half size since the sweetness made it a bit difficult for us to finish. However, if you're sharing different pizzas with a larger group, it would be perfect!
The meat Detroit slice is amazing! The restaurant is clean and well-managed. Jared was really friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. I'm a big fan of Lupo. This is their original location and honestly I recommend this place if you want something good. Their simple and special pizzas are great. The calzone is worth buying. And whoever works there knows that the food is good. Go there, it is really worth the ride
