Bad customer service. Came to this place a while ago with my dad. His English isn't what I would call fluent, but it is understandable with a bit of an accent. The owner, was straight up rude and being a big B * to us, my dad especially. No smile, no greeting or acknowledgement when she saw us come in, just a big fat stare and look away. when it came to the bill it was the same expressionless and crappy attitude. But hey maybe it was one of her bad days. I came back again today thinking my experience would be better. I ordered a Cappuccino and scrambled eggs on toast with sausage. I had gone some paints into this caffe after I moved when I was younger, I used to catch up with friends, the owner was the most beautiful person. she's relegated my dead phone. I left the opposite, some years past and came back. every time it's more negative than the next. but the recent experience was the springboard for me. I used to feel that I was charged higher. It may be the presence of a benevolent higher power that's kept me from patronising this place every time I'm in the area. Last week however, I wasn't so lucky For reasons beyond my control I found myself sitting on a hard-as-a-rock wooden booth underneath its hospital-grade cold fluorescent bulbs nibbling at what was the saddest eggs Benedict I had ever seen, along with the Soup Of The Day at $9, which I had found upon tasting, that it'd be pretty **** day as quite a few cans of Campbell's chicken corn soup was left in the pantry and needed to be used NOW Avoid like the plague, or at least until the owner/s learn how to run a hospital... I mean cafe.
Good location if you want to get away from the busy food courts. Menu offers a lot of choice. Service is very disappointing. Food dumped at the edge of table rather than in front of customers. Also very rude when going to pay bill . Crockery is scratched and chipped. Food very lacklustre and presentation is poor. Had fish and chips which were over fried and like cardboard and significantly overpriced considering it didn't even come with salad or a garnish. My friend had wedges that were not cooked through and very few on plate considering the price. Won't be going back.

every time in the westfield my favorite lunch station. Eating here is always well never disappointed. the service is always busy quickly. had the huh cesar salat with a side of chips yum . with the sourbread with smashed avocado fata cheese and poached eier ive additionally speck to start an extra sour teig beautiful breakfadt to the day this place ce never disappointed
This is their beef burger with chips...quite obvious ey? On the menu it's called the Sizzler Burger 10.90). This is actually a really big serving...but you can't really tell from the picture... I was full the brim, even though I didn't eat breakfast...and I couldn't finish it all! To me, this portion is really worth the money
the food was very delicious. the eier benedict with mushroom I ordered was very nice and fill. also the breakfast bruschetta my tante ordered was a surprisingly great service was good and friendly. Maybe next time, I'd come and try their other dishes.
Some staff members were very rude to us. When serving us our dish, one staff member kept grinning at us and gave us an attitude. Food was ordinary and overpriced. The fettuccine was soggy. It wasn't a pleasant experience.
