This was our second time coming to Madigans. I must say I was severely disappointed. The service was terrible the waitress was new and she seemed like she had zero training.(not her fault) We ordered the crab app and wings and quesadillas which were all fine. But when it came to the entrees that was a different story. We ordered the big fish which was supposed to be a haddock filet but it turned out to be a Gordon’s Fish patty. It was awful. But the manager was nice about it and took it back. I regretfully will not be returning
The service was very slow. We sat for almost 10 minutes before our server came over, we never got our water refilled, my salad arrived without any dressing and it took several minutes to get it, and we were charged $3 for my child’s soda that was supposed to come with a kid’s meal. The prices seemed reasonable until we got our food, then we realized it wasn’t worth the cost we paid. The atmosphere was okay, but if you are seated inside on the first level, you don’t have much of a view.
Madigan’s Waterfront was a great experience all around. I chose to go here for the first time to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriend. It was the perfect balance between fancy and affordable. The environment was amazing and the service was attentive but not excessive. We sat outside and had a great view of the water and took 10 steps to go down to the Marina after we were finished eating. It was great! Will come again many more times!
We should have just left after the 3rd we are out of that as well. No chowder, No flounder, No shrimp cocktail…. We decided to try it any way. The food we ordered had absolutely no seasoning. Overall poor experience.

Food was excellent, view is great. Our server was a bit slow and the group seated next to us was very loud; of course that’s not the fault of the restaurant. I would certainly recommend it.
Service and food were wonderful! Ariel was kind, courteous, and professional. Despite being a warm day outside, fans made the environment more comfortable on the back patio.
great place to lunch with a friend. sitting on the terrace on the water was wonderful. lots of space and enough space for a good talk.
Great spot to be outside even if it rains. Good food by the water.
