I have been a resident of the North Charleston area for most of my life and have worked in Park Circle for the last nine years. I can say with confidence that no other restaurant or bar holds a more special place in the hearts of the Park Circle community than Madra Rua Irish Pub. Krystal and James make everyone who enters feel like part of their family. Whether you're craving a delicious Reuben sandwich, fish and chips, or just want to have a few drinks with friends, you can't go wrong here.
The food, drinks, and service here are outstanding. I had to rush through my lunch, but I will definitely come back to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and friendly conversations. Charleston is full of hidden gems, and this place is certainly one of them.
First time there since the rebuild after the fire. Still has the same Irish vibe and friendly staff!
